Our first night on the property someone attempted coming into our apartment. When taking my children to the playground the sand has cat poop everywhere it is a litter box for the feral cats that roam here. Parking is also a huge issue here if you have more than one car in the household. The grounds constantly smell of weed and nothing is done about it. The apartments are not soundproof whatsoever I can hear my upstairs neighbors full conversations word for word.

Community Description
I cannot tell you how much I disliked this complex. I lived here a year and left as soon as possible. The office staff is rude and rarely answers or returns calls. The staff of the grounds are unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing. I called to have a ceiling fan fixed and the two men who showed up were clearly high and smelled strongly of drugs. They ended up tearing the fan out of the ceiling completely and knocking down the blinds.

None of our blinds work and all of the screens in our home are torn apart by the cat who use to live here. We find human hairs painted into the walls of the bathrooms as well. What are deposits and pet deposits for if you do not use it to maintain the unit after they leave?

OFFICE HOURS
I have mold in my pantry and bathrooms I have pictures of EVERYTHING. Its,a gated community but all locks are broken. It seems every time they get a new company you see them, and they they relize the office dont care and then you dont see them anymore. They start just hanging out around the complex rather then do their job. I dont want another frigde they dont get that i have kind of a seperation anxiety with everything but its been leaking water all iver my kitchen floor. Maintainence didnt find water in yhe pan ever so they deemed it fine and said there is no leak.

It is an apartment none the less and if you have particularly loud neighbors you will hear them. We do have a security company that walks the apartment at night and they are available to handle general complaints during the night time hours. The apartments are a nice size and if you ever have problems with ants or bugs of any type they have a company out here once a week to spray. I've only had problems with black ants x2 since I've been here and the office is quite responsive. Over all the rent seems a bit high to me but the benifits and the aminites make it worth it.
They are asking extra money from me to change the apt. I am planning to move to other apt., if there is no solution after speaking with the manager.
