I worked nights at the time as well and it wasn't noisy when I needed to sleep. The layout is thought out and there is a good amount of closets and storage spaces. We are very happy to be living at Covington and have no complaints.

One of the worst move in experience we had, apartment was not clean at all...found some nails scattered on carpet. Carpet is all black with dust and on its age, dish washer is all dirty and not good for use. Air Conditioner monitor unit is broken and we dont know what is the temperature AC is running. Within first week, we are considering our options how to move out of these stinky apartment. I been here for 3 months & it’s the worst place I’ve ever lived in.

I can hardly relax with how much this kid slams into the ground. My ceiling fan was actually knocked off balance one night and I actually thought the kid was finally going to bust through. Notices have been sent to them, but the parents must not care or have control over their child.

I cant stress enough, stay away from this property. Much better locations to pick from for what this place charges. I've watched it go through several changes in ownership.
The community is beautiful, with the new owners the community has improved a lot! But parking on the other hand is nightmare for guest or even ourselves having 2 vehicles. I have lived here for several years and I am satisfied.

Another nearby airport is Phoenix–Mesa Gateway Airport, located 45.5 miles away. My kid and me are suffering from allergies, because of the dog poop all over the lawn in front of my home. I already complained many times about this. Then I went and speak with the front office person regarding the change of apt.
I live at this community and can't wait to move out. The office staff is very rude and if you have a maintenance request wait for at least 7 days before it gets done. I moved to Phoenix in September with no ideas about where I was going to live. After two days of looking, I decided on Covington Park.
Maintenance is pretty prompt if you call the hotline or fill out an online request. I've lived here for 11 months, and this place is by far the worst place I've ever lived. You can't have friends over, because there is nowhere to park.
